As we go about our daily work, it's easy to lose sight of the big picture. We’re focused on operationalizing the flow of accurate data, building a specific pipeline, fulfilling our business partners’ data requests. But what got us into data work in the first place? What motivated us to join the organization we’re at? What do our daily micro actions mean to our lives, the business we work for, and the world? The DataOps Summit will inspire attendees by reminding them of the impact and importance of what they do.
- Macro perspective = Working with the ebbs and flows of hundreds or thousands of data sets.
- Micro action = The day-to-day actions of data professionals and the specific reason they do what they do.
We can't change the world unless we understand it. Using data can change how we see the world. Data Engineers and Architects are the ones making this happen. And we’re here to celebrate it!
